Here’s how to participate:

• Find dates for board and commission meetings online on the Board and Commission meeting calendar.

• Information to join the meeting by phone or from your computer is posted 24 hours in advance of the meeting on the event listing. Currently, this is the only way to participate in real-time. The city is working hard to set up rooms to welcome back individuals who prefer to attend in person.

• Most boards and commissions do not require advance sign ups to speak, but we encourage you to check the webpage for the board or commission you are interested in to familiarize yourself with its practice.

• While board and commission meetings are no longer livestreamed, they will all be recorded. Meeting recordings can be found on each board and commission webpage and can also be found on the city’s Boards and Commission Playlist on its YouTube channel. New videos will be posted within three business days of each meeting.
