In celebration of National Family Caregivers Month, Family caregivers of older adults are invited to attend one of two Caregiver Wellness Days. Wednesday, Nov. 4 at Flatirons Community Church in Lafayette or Saturday, Nov. 20 at Longmont Senior Center 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Enjoy massage and relaxing therapies; lunch; conversation with fellow caregivers and more. Anyone giving unpaid care for an elder at home, in a care residence, or at a distance is invited. It’s free, but register at least 5 days in advance for one event only.
