Upcoming Neighborhood Workshops
Please Join Us!!
The City of Boulder is hosting one community-wide and four neighborhood workshops to begin the Compatible Development in Single-Family Neighborhoods project. You are invited to participate in both the community-wide kick-off event and the follow-up neighborhood workshops for your area of the city. The kick-off event will provide a project overview and chance to discuss general trends and issues. The smaller neighborhood workshops will provide an opportunity to discuss neighborhood characteristics and any potential issues associated with development trends or regulations.  Note:Residents can attend any neighborhood workshop they would like; you do not have to attend a workshop to particpate in the project.

NEIGHBORHOOD WORKSHOPS

Central Boulder ( MAP) generally bounded by the Department of Commerce Laboratories to the south, Alpine Avenue to the north, 28th Street to the east and the foothills to the west. Neighborhood Associations include, but are not limited to;
• Chautauqua
• Flatirons
• Mapleton Hill
• University Hill
• West Pearl
• Whittier

Location: West Senior Center - 909 Arapahoe Ave.

North Central Boulder ( MAP) Generally bounded by Alpine Avenue to the south, Iris Avenue to the north, 28th Street to the east, and the foothills to the west. Neighborhood Associations include, but are not limited to;
• Newlands
• Old North Boulder

Time: 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Location: West Senior Center - 909 Arapahoe Ave.

North Boulder ( MAP) includes all other areas of the City, particularly properties north of Iris Avenue and east out to Gunbarrel. Neighborhood Associations include, but are not limited to;
• North of Iris and Gunbarrel

South Boulder ( MAP) generally bounded by Greenbriar Boulevard and South Boulder Road to the south, Arapahoe Road (for areas east of Broadway) and the Department of Commerce Laboratories (for areas west of Broadway) to the north, 55th Street to the east, and the foothills to the west. Neighborhood Associations include, but are not limited to;
• Frasier Meadows
• Keewaydin
• Majestic Heights
• Martin Acres
• Park East
• Table Mesa - North and South
