Environmental Advisory Board (EAB)

The EAB consists of five members appointed by City Council, each to a five-year term.
The board advises City Council and staff on environmental issues, including:EAB boulder opt

  • solid waste disposal;
  • recycling;
  • pollution prevention;
  • energy;
  • green building;
  • integrated pest management; and
  • air quality.

The EAB also provides advice to other city boards and City Council concerning the effects of any proposed master plan or revision on the physical environment.

Board Meetings

The EAB generally meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. in the 1777 Broadway West Conference Room. View upcoming and past meetings.
