Elmer's Twomile Creek - Letter of Map Revision (LOMR)

The Elmer's Twomile Creek Letter of Map Revision was accepted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and went into effect on Sept. 7, 2011. The new mapping, shown below, replaces both the FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) and the City of Boulder floodplain map.

To see if your property may be affected by the new floodplain maps, check out the property impact work map. If your property is affected, you may be required to purchase flood insurance.
