Administrative Review

You must fill out the Administrative Review Application form for any of the project types listed below. Search for your project type within the P&DS Form, Application and Publication Database to determine if you need to provide any additional information.

If you are planning to apply for a building permit and your project falls into one of the project categories listed below, you will need to go through the administrative review process before applying for a building permit.

  • Administrative Setback Variance 
  • Administrative Solar Exception 
  • Antenna for Wireless Telecommunications Services
  • Change of Address
  • Change of Street Name
  • Conditional Height
  • Cooperative Housing Units
  • Day Shelter
  • Detached Dwelling Unit with Two Kitchens
  • Extension of Development Approval/Staff Level
  • Gasoline Service Station
  • Group Home Facility 
  • Landscape Standards Modification
  • Day Care Center
  • Minor Modification of an Approved Discretionary Review Plan 
  • Non-Conforming Uses
  • Overnight Shelter
  • Owners Accessory Dwelling Unit
  • Parking Stall Requirements Modification
  • Public Utility Easement Vacation
  • Religious Assembly
  • Rescission of Development Approval
  • Residential, Custodial and Congregate Care Facilities
  • Restaurants and Taverns of 1,500 square feet or less that will close before 11 p.m.
  • Restaurants in the Industrial Districts
  • Sales or Rental of Motor Vehicles on lots located 500 feet or less from a residential zoning district
  • Selling from a Movable Structure, Vacant Lot or Parking Lot (including Christmas tree sales) or Temporary Outdoor Entertainment Site Access
