
Administrative Review
You must fill out the Administrative Review Application form for any of the project types listed below. Search for your project type within the P&DS Form, Application and Publication Database to determine if you need to provide any additional information.
If you are planning to apply for a building permit and your project falls into one of the project categories listed below, you will need to go through the administrative review process before applying for a building permit.

- Antenna for Wireless Telecommunications Services
- Change of Address
- Change of Street Name
- Conditional Height
- Cooperative Housing Units
- Day Shelter
- Detached Dwelling Unit with Two Kitchens
- Extension of Development Approval/Staff Level
- Gasoline Service Station
- Group Home Facility
- Landscape Standards Modification
- Day Care Center
- Minor Modification of an Approved Discretionary Review Plan
- Non-Conforming Uses
- Overnight Shelter
- Owners Accessory Dwelling Unit
- Parking Stall Requirements Modification
- Public Utility Easement Vacation
- Religious Assembly
- Rescission of Development Approval
- Residential, Custodial and Congregate Care Facilities
- Restaurants and Taverns of 1,500 square feet or less that will close before 11 p.m.
- Restaurants in the Industrial Districts
- Sales or Rental of Motor Vehicles on lots located 500 feet or less from a residential zoning district
