We wish to preserve buildings that are important to the community. If anyone wants to demolish a building that is over 50 years old, they will need to submit the Demolition Permit Application to the Design Review Committee for review.
Demolition of buildings on landmark sites or within historic districts requires a Landmark Alteration Certificate.
