NOTE:  The Football District sales and use tax of 0.1% that is collected by the State of Colorado sunset on 12/31/2011, so effective 1/1/2012 this tax should no longer be collected, with the exception of leases still in effect.  As a result, Boulder's total tax rate decreased from 8.31% to 8.21%.   This rate remains in effect for 2013.
