A.     Consideration to amend the Votja Farm (also known as Northfield Village) Annexation Agreement (#LUR1999-AZ009) to decrease the affordable housing requirement from 45 percent to 44 percent in return for a higher number of lower priced affordable homes as a result of decreasing the overall number of units provided on site from 137 units to 131 units.  Northfield Village is within the Residential Mixed-2 (RMX-2) zone district.
