Setback Variance:     As part of a proposal to construct an addition to an existing single family residence, the applicant is requesting a variance to the rear yard setback requirement of the RL-1 zoning district.  The resulting rear yard setback will be 5’-4” where 25'-0" is required and 12'-6" currently exists.  Section of the Land Use Regulations to be modified:  Section 9-7-1, BRC 1981.
