Setback Variance: As part of a proposal for a new 6'-0" deep foyer addition with 5'-0" porch in
front, the applicant is requesting a variance to the front yard setback. The resulting front yard
setback will be 16.8' where 25' is required, and where approximately 27.8' exists. Section of the
Land Use Regulations to be modified: Section 9-7-1, BRC 1981.
