Child Care Resource and Referral The Children's Services Community Resource and Referral Service provides information and referrals to licensed (homes and centers) child care, preschools, and other services for children and families. This is a free service and is available to all residents of Boulder County. Families may access the Community Resource and Referral Service by calling either 303-441-3544 or 303-441-3564. You can also stop by our office at 2160 Spruce Street in Boulder. The Children's Services Community Resource and Referral Service is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and outside of these hours by appointment. All information discussed is confidential.
