City Attorney
The City Attorney is the legal advisor to the City Council, all city boards and commissions and all city officials. The City Attorney also represents the city in court in civil litigation and serves as City Prosecutor in Municipal Court. The City Attorney's Office staff includes nine lawyers, three paralegals, and five support staff. The office of the Boulder City Attorney cannot give legal advice concerning private legal disputes.
