Downpayment Assistance Funds Availability

The House to Home Ownership (H20) Program offers up to 15 percent of the purchase price of a home to eligible buyers. The assistance is a deferred loan which must be repaid within 15 years or when the home is sold or refinanced, whichever occurs first.

Funds are limited - please contact us prior to signing a contract to determine if you qualify and the amount of funds available.
