To apply to the City of Boulder Homeownership Programs, you must complete the Application Form, the Additional Information Sheet and the Immigration Status Affidavit and submit all the required documentation to the Division of Housing. It can take up to two weeks to process your completed application.

The City of Boulder Homeownership Programs use the Boulder County Homeownership Programs Common Application. By completing this one application, you may apply to all of the following Boulder County homeownership programs: City of Boulder, Thistle Communities, City of Longmont Community Housing and Boulder County/Longmont Down Payment Assistance Program.

All forms are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. You will need the free Acrobat Reader software to view and print them.
