Department Locations

Primary facilities for the Boulder Police Department are located in the Public Safety Building on 33rd Street north of Arapahoe at:

1805 33rd Street
Boulder, CO 80301

The Lobby is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. 
The hours for the Administrative Offices are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

In order to make police services more accessible throughout the city, the Boulder Police Department has established two neighborhood centers. Services offered at these locations include:

  • completion of crime or accident reports, and access to copies of police reports
    inquiries about lost or found property
  • access to police personnel to discuss problems or concerns, or to obtain information on laws, ordinances, or police programs
  • fingerprinting service for license and employment purposes

The centers are fully operational and staffed from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday:

Pearl Street Community Police Center
1500 Pearl, Suite E
(Suite E is located on west side of 16th Street at Pearl, or on the ground floor, east end of the parking structure.)

University Hill Community Police Center
1310 College Street
(on 13th Street, just south of College)
