Mission Statement

To recommend actions to City Council to improve the quality of life and sense of community for all in the University Hill neighborhood. The initial focus will be on public safety, adequate maintenance and occupancy of property, and will include specific recommendations for accountability and the enforcement of existing ordinances and suggestions for closing enforcement gaps. City staff will serve as resources and support to the group.
