*      ANNUAL UPDATE FOR CASH-IN-LIEU AMOUNTS AND AFFORDABLE UNIT PRICING - JULY 1,

- Cash-in-lieu amounts will be adjusted per 9.13.9 (A) B.R.C.
         - Affordable unit pricing adjustments will include the HUD 2010 income limits and changes per the 
          Inclusionary Housing Administrative Regulations adopted 5/23/2011.  SEE REGS

*     CHATSAFFORDABLE HOUSING TASK FORCE:  
        Information provided by the work of the Affordable Housing Task Force will assist City Council
        and staff in reviewing current affordable housing
policies and programs and future goals to best
        meet the city's need for affordable
