The Division of Housing is committed to making a home in our community available to a variety of people - including those who find it difficult to purchase or rent a home in today's housing market.  This site provides information about our programs and how we're working toward making affordable housing a reality in Boulder.

*  ANNUAL UPDATE FOR CASH-IN-LIEU AMOUNTS AND AFFORDABLE UNIT PRICING - JULY 1,
     2011 
     - Cash-in-lieu amounts will be adjusted per 9.13.9 (A) B.R.C.
     - Affordable unit pricing adjustments will include the HUD 2010 income limits and changes per the 
        Inclusionary Housing Administrative Regulations adopted 5/23/2011.  SEE REGS

*  CHATS:  AFFORDABLE HOUSING TASK FORCE:  The Affordable Housing Task Force will assist City
      Council and staff in reviewing current affordable housing policies and programs and make

     recommendations on future goals to best meet the city's need for affordable housing.
