ANNUAL UPDATE FOR CASH-IN-LIEU AMOUNTS AND AFFORDABLE UNIT PRICING - JULY 1,
2011
- Cash-in-lieu amounts will be adjusted per 9.13.9 (A) B.R.C.
- Affordable unit pricing adjustments will include the HUD 2010 income limits and changes per the
Inclusionary Housing Administrative Regulations adopted 5/23/2011.
