How can I get a PIN and Login ID to register?
If you are a new patron, you need to create an account online, call registration at 303-413-7270 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday or stop by a recreation center to receive a PIN number and a login ID.
If you have ever registered for a class or league before or bought a pass, you already have a Login ID and PIN.
To have the numbers automatically sent to your email address:
NOTE: We strongly recommend that you do not wait until the first day of class registration to obtain your PIN and Login ID because our registration staff receives a high volume of calls on the first day of registration.
How do I print my receipt?
You will need a team account to sign up a team. Fill out the online form to get your account set up so you can sign up online.
Why can't I register for some classes online?
Some courses are not available for online registration because of the fee structure or because they may have a prerequisite. Please call the appropriate registration office (see above) to register for these courses.
What happens if a class is full?
You'll be placed on a wait list and notified if a space becomes available.
What if I need to withdraw from a class?
At this time, the online registration system does not have the capability to process withdrawals. Withdrawals and refunds must be processed by the appropriate registration office.
Why did the system log me out?
After 10 minutes of inactivity, the system will automatically log you out and you will have to re-start your session.
How do I turn off script error messages in Internet Explorer?
Go to: Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab. Under browsing make sure that ' Disable script debugging' is checked and that ' Display a notification about every script error' is NOT checked. These messages do not affect your ability to register.
