How Do I Register Online?

This registration application works best with Internet Explorer 6.0+ and Firefox 1.5+. The Safari browser on Macs will not work with this program.

	Register Your Household (If you've already watched the video)
	Add Household Members and Order Tags
	Enter Secure Payment - Credit cards only
	Confirm and Receipt - Your tags are sent by mail

Dog guardians can purchase additional or replacement tags for $5 online. Dog guardians must provide the primary member household information and pay by credit card. Please allow seven to ten business days for delivery. Please update household information online if it is out-of-date to ensure the tag is mailed to the appropriate address. 

Walk-In and Other Registration Options

• View the video and register at the Voice and Sight kiosk at the Chautauqua Ranger Cottage, 900 Baseline Road (Chautauqua Park, near the corner of 9th Street and Baseline Road).  Credit cards only. (Click for map).
