  • Early intervention is key to helping homeowners on the edge
    stay in their homes.
  • Counseling is not just for borrowers already in foreclosure but for all who have missed a payment or who think they may miss a payment.
  • If you are in jeopardy of foreclosure, or know someone who is, contact the Boulder County Housing Authority's new Housing Counseling Program hotline now.

Boulder County Housing Authority's housing counselors are neutral parties who are not dependent on funding from either the lender or the borrower, and act as an information resource for borrowers and as facilitators between the borrowers and lenders.   The BCHA's Housing Counseling Program is approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to conduct foreclosure prevention counseling.

For online assistance, visit the BCHA's Housing Counseling Program website.
