About Us….

 The Budget Division:

• Coordinates citywide operating budget development activities
• C0llaborates with the Community Planning and Sustainability Department and stakeholders to create the Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
• Provides budgetary support and guidance to city departments
• Performs budgetary forecasting and analysis
• Engages in long-range financial planning 
• Performs policy analysis at the request of the City Manager.
