Carpool
Want to save money, time, and wear and tear on your car? Carpooling is a great way to do all that and more. Carpooling consists of two or more people sharing a ride from their neighborhood to their place of employment. Using their own vehicles, carpoolers often share the responsibility of driving or one drives and the passengers share the cost of gas and or parking expenses. Carpoolers can take advantage of numerous "Carpool/High Occupancy" lanes on US 36, I-25 and in the Denver Metro Area.

Vanpool
Vanpooling provides an alternative to carpooling and public transportation by offering options for traveling by van. Passengers share the ride and pay a low monthly fare. Vanpools are most successful when six to 15 passengers that live and work within a small radius of each other commute together.
Vanpools can be owned by the driver, sponsored by an employer or a third-party program, or sponsored by a public agency such as MetroRides, VanGo or RideArrangers. Third-party sponsorships are popular throughout the Denver Metro Area, with more than 100 vans operating from Boulder, Denver and Fort Collins.

Car Sharing
Car sharing is a pay-as-you-go car usage system. Members go online, reserve a car and then use their personal key fob to access the car. Billing is both hourly and based on mileage fees. Insurance, maintenance and gas are all included. Car sharing has been shown to increase pedestrian, bike and transit trips by up to 54 percent. Members can save up to $250 to 300 per month.

Guaranteed Ride Home
The Guaranteed Ride Home program provides a free taxi ride home from the office for employees who have an emergency arise on a day that they used a transportation option instead of driving alone to work.
