Parking Services

The City of Boulder's Downtown and University Hill Management Division/Parking Services (DUHMD/PS) provides an unusual combination of municipal services not found in most cities. Boulder strives to maintain a high quality of life, and strongly supports environmental and economic policy initiatives, designed to keep Boulder vibrant and attractive. To a significant degree, our Parking program contributes to this vision and helps make Boulder a model community frequently cited as being on the forefront of innovation and "livability".

Civic Use Task Force video

Partial closures to 11^th and Spruce garage begin Monday
Beginning Monday, April 12, portions of the parking garage located at 11^th and Spruce streets will be closed for minor repairs and maintenance. 

The work, expected to take approximately three weeks to complete; will affect:

• The southwest stairway and elevator; and
• The southeast stairway.

Patrons needing to use an elevator will be asked to use the elevator located on the north side of the structure.  All closures will be clearly marked.  Available parking at the facility is not anticipated to be impacted. This work is being planned and scheduled to minimize any inconvenience to the community and downtown businesses.
