The request was initiated because of concerns related to parking and density regulations in the zone. The RH-2 district allows a variety of residential development types, including single-family houses, duplexes, condominiums, and apartments, as well as complimentary non-residential uses. Staff has finished an initial analysis of the of the RH-2 zoning district and hosted a community meeting to discuss potential regulatory changes. The meeting was held on Dec. 17, 2008. Feedback from the community meeting was presented to Planning Board at their March 19, 2009 meeting as an update.
Next Steps RH-2 Zone District Project has been removed from the Nov. 5, 2009 Planning Board meeting. The item has been rescheduled for Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009. Planning Board Update - March 19, 2009
