Welcome to the Purchasing Division

Many purchasing functions are decentralized in the City of Boulder with employees in the various departments responsible for purchasing decisions related to lower cost items. The Purchasing Office, a division of the Finance Department, is responsible for assisting the various departments of the City as they purchase lower cost equipment, goods and services and for coordinating all formal bids.
