Water Resources Advisory Board (WRAB)
The WRAB consists of five members appointed by City Council, each to five-year terms. It advises the City Council, Planning Board and city staff on community utilities issues. The board also:
• reviews Capital Improvement Programs for the three city-provided utilities (water, wastewater, and stormwater / flood);
• reviews utilities community and environmental assessment processes (CEAPs),
• reviews utilities master plans; and
• may provide recommendations concerning policy issues on operating programs.

Board Meetings
WRAB generally meets the third Monday of each month at 7 p.m. in the West Conference Room of the Municipal Building at 1777 Broadway (at the southwest corner of Broadway and Canyon Boulevard).
