The Water Resources Advisory Board (WRAB) consists of five members appointed by City Council, each to five-year terms. The Board reviews Capital Improvement Programs, the Community and Envrionmental Assessment Process, and utilities master plans and advises City Council, Planning Board and staff. Additionally, the Board may provide recommendations concerning policy issues on operating programs.

WRAB meets at the 13th Street Conference Room, 1720 13th Street, south of the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art (BMoCA), fourth building north of Arapahoe on the east side of 13th Steet.    For more information, contact the WRAB secretary, Susan Honse at (303) 441-3266.
