Your EnergySmart Advisor will connect you with an Efficiency Specialist to perform an audit if your property has not yet had one, and will work with you to create an EnergySmart Recommendations Report, suggesting upgrades specific to your property. Your advisor will also provide reliable cost estimates for recommended energy upgrades, help you fill out rebate and loan program applications, and even help schedule a certified contractor to perform your home energy upgrades. Even if your property has already received an energy audit, an EnergySmart Advisor can help you implement the measures from your previous audit and connect you to rebates, financing and certified contractors.
