Members of the CAP Tech Teams will meet on an as-needed basis; either Tech Team members or staff may request a meeting. Meetings will be noticed on the city calendar. In addition, the chair and vice chair from each CAP Tech Team will together meet approximately four times per year with the City of Boulder's Environmental Advisory Board to provide joint CAP strategy guidance. These meetings may be scheduled on a quarterly basis or they may be clustered semi-annually.Joint meetings will be used to help prioritize CAP programs and partnerships and will guide staff work including revisions to the CAP Community Guide and the CAP budget. These meetings will also focus on planning for the semi-annual Community CAP Summit.
