The airport has 80 t-hangars grouped into three categories based on their ammenities, as explained below:

You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  If the type of t-hangar you wish to lease isn't available, the airport maintains a no-fee waiting list that you can sign up for.

The following t-hangars are currently available for rent:

3351-E, SW Corner Unit (Group 2)
3354-H (Group 2)
3355-G (Group 2)

Tie-Downs

Individuals interested in leasing a tie-down can contact Journeys Aviation (303-449-4210) for a spot on the eastern half of the parking ramp or Specialty Flight Training (303-530-0550) for the western half of the ramp.  The price is $40/mo.

Overnight tie-down charges range from $5-8, but be sure to ask about specials and discounts.

Executive/Maintenance Hangars

There are several maintenance and executive hangars on the airport.  Prices range from $3 - $5.50 per sq ft annually, and are adjusted periodically to account for changes in the market and cost of living.  For information on renting an entire hangar or portion of a hangar, call Airport Administration at 303-441-3108 or e-mail  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Glider Tie-downs

Contact Mile High Gliding at 303-527-1122 for information on leasing a tie-down spot for your unpacked glider or glider trailer. 

Land Rental Rates

(effective April 2009 - April 2010)

Unimproved land on north side: $0.135 / sq ft
Improved land on south side: $0.35 / sq ft
