Section No. 7-6-15(b): Neighborhood Permit Parking Zone-"Fairview"
Some residential neighborhood parking is limited to vehicles with permits to park in those neighborhoods. For more information about Neighborhood Permit Parking, click here.
If you received a ticket for this violation, you were parked in violation of the restrictions for the Fairview Neighborhood Permit Parking Zone. In the Fairview zone, parking is restricted between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on school days. If you do not have a Fairview Neighborhood Parking Permit, you may park in that zone only one time per day for a maximum of two hours.
You may have received a ticket for one of the following reasons:
1. You were parked in the zone for more than two hours during the restricted times and days
2. You parked in the Fairview NPP zone more than one time during the restricted times and days
3. You failed to properly display a valid Fairview Neighborhood Parking permit
