Section No. 7-6-18: Parking within Space Required

Every vehicle parked in a paid parking zone or in a public parking lot must be parked entirely within one individual parking space as indicated by the traffic control markings. 

If you received a ticket for this violation, your vehicle was not entirely within the marked space.  In the photograph below, the vehicle on the left has crossed over into the adjacent parking space and thus is not parked entirely within one individual parking space.
