Permits: Garages & Lots

FEES 

Permit fees vary by the type of permit:
      •Garages: $255 per quarter
      •Downtown Lots: $155 per quarter
      •University Hill Lot (1205 Pleasant): $148 per quarter

        Due to demand, there are Wait Lists for all City of Boulder garages and lots.

Wait List Policy: Permits are offered in accordance with wait list    application date. There is a $10 deposit per space to be placed on any wait list. If the permit is accepted when offered, the deposit will be applied toward the permit payment. If the permit is not taken when offered, the deposit is non-refundable. However, deposit(s) will be refunded for a voluntary removal from the wait list prior to an offer being made.
