Annual Reporting Requirements
If your company provides trash, recycling or roll-off service within City of Boulder limits, you must also comply with the annual reporting requirements. City code requires companies to report annual amounts of trash and/or recyclables collected within city limits for annual waste diversion tracking purposes.

Read the code requirements (Section 6-12-4, Boulder Revised Code).

The Local Environmental Action Division (LEAD) will send you an annual reporting form. It is your responsibility to complete the form by the deadline. You must report the amount of trash and/or recycling collected, in tons, and provide details on how the tonnage was calculated. The city will treat all reporting forms as confidential commercial documents under the provisions of the Colorado Open Records Act, Section 24-72-201, C.R.S., et seq.
