Boulder Parks and Recreation offers a wide variety of drop-in fitness classes including:

  • Muscle Toning, Strength & Stretch, Nia, Fitness For Life, Cardio/Sculpt, Step/Sculpt, Core & More, Ski/Sport Conditioning, Boulder Lift and Cycling.

We also offer pre-registered classes that run for several weeks, including:

  • 50 Plus Resistance, Boot Camp, Adult Kickbox, Instructor Training, Nordic Walking, Running, Run Form,Triathlon Training, Zumba and Nia.

If you are new to exercise, or would like assistance in setting up a particular exercise agenda, don't hesitate to schedule a free consultation with our fitness coordinator, Kristen Rupert. Learn what type of programs, classes, testing and nutritional services the centers offer and how to best utilize them. Use your annual pass, punch card or daily admission to attend.
