Urban Forest Division | Transportation/Maintenance | Open Space & Mountain Parks Urban Forest Division The Urban Forestry Division will apply castor oil products (Whole Control Mole Repellent; Mole Out Mole Repellent Granules), Category EPA 25(b) exempt, to repel voles at the East Boulder Community Center (5660 Sioux Dr) in the flower beds in front of the Recreation and Senior Center and at Admiral Burke Park (Mohawk and Pawnee) in the flower bed near the anchor at the corner of Mohawk and Pawnee. These applications will take place throughout the summer as needed until mid-September. Urban Forestry staff will spot apply Rodeo, an EPA Category III herbicide, to control several state listed noxious weeds, including Canada thistle and poison hemlock, at the Park Operations storage yard located at 5200 Pearl Street.
