Information Technology (IT) Vendor RosterIntroduction The Information Technology (IT) Vendor Roster introduces your business and the services you can provide to the City of Boulder. The primary purpose of the system is to secure support augmentation services that the City can use for operational requests and projects, both long- and short-term, as needed. The Roster features numerous categories of IT services either currently utilized by the City or planned for the future. Interested consultants may submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) describing the firm’s experience and competence in performing work within the selected Service Categories identified through the submittal pages. City IT staff will utilize the roster to solicit qualifications, proposals, and quotes for a variety of services following the City Vendor's Guide. Consultants selected from the roster must comply with all City contract requirements and laws. Being part of the roster does not guarantee any work or service with IT. NOTE: This process does not replace formal procurements (e.g. RFPs) for IT systems and services that may be posted from time to time. It is IT’s intent to keep the roster continually open for submission of Statement of Qualifications, though the list of Service Categories may be modified from time to time. As of Monday, April 2, 2012 the Information Technology Division anticipates that within the next six to eighteen months there might be the need of consulting services for the Service Category of Software Development.
