There will be a pirate bounce house, crafts, face painting, Halloween tattoos, a haunted house/maze, games and prizes! Children ages 3 to 8 are welcome. Cost is $5 per child. South Boulder Recreation Center to be closed from 6 a.m. to noon for equipment installation Oct. 31 and Nov. 4 The South Boulder Recreation Center (SBRC) will be closed for installation of an energy efficient air circulation unit from 6 a.m. to noon on Monday, Oct. 31, and Friday, Nov. 4. The SBRC will open promptly at noon on both days following the installation work. The new air handling unit installation is one of several energy efficiency upgrades taking place at City of Boulder facilities. Activities scheduled prior to noon will be canceled or rescheduled, and activities beginning at noon or later will be held as scheduled.
