HGTV House Hunters to air show on Boulder’s Homeownership Program

HGTV’s very popular show, House Hunters, filmed a City of Boulder Homeownership Program applicant as she searched for a home to purchase in Boulder. The episode airs this Thursday, Nov. 3. Check your local listings for channel and local air time.

Homeownership Program applicant, Megan Mowery, moved from Sacramento, California, to Boulder and fell in love with the city.  She wanted to make Boulder her permanent home but with the median house price in Boulder at over $400,000, Megan was concerned her $110,000 budget wouldn’t go far.  Tune into the show to see how the city's Homeownership Program helped to provide Megan with an affordable home.
