Winter 2012 recreation guides now available
The Boulder Parks and Recreation Department’s winter 2012 Recreation Guide is now available at Boulder’s three recreation centers, the main library (1001 Arapahoe Ave.) and many local stores and restaurants. The guide features more than 700 affordable fitness classes, sports leagues and activities and for all ages and abilities.
The guides are also being distributed to area residents through the mail and newspapers and can be viewed online at www.BoulderParks-Rec.org. Winter class registration is now open.
Holiday Dance Concert to be held Dec. 10
The Parks and Recreation Department will hold its annual Holiday Dance Concert at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 10, at the Boulder High School Auditorium, 1604 Arapahoe Ave. Enjoy youth ages 4 to 18 performing locally choreographed jazz, lyrical, contemporary and holiday dances. Admission is $8 for adults and $6 for seniors and children.
