Police arrested a 42-year-old male in the area of 13^th and Arapahoe around 6:21 p.m. on charges of Second Degree Assault, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing a Peace Officer. The suspect smelled of alcohol and appeared intoxicated. 12-5176
