Blotter - April 25, 2012

Police were called to deal with an intoxicated male who was driving a scooter. It turns out the scooter had been stolen from a local grocery store a few months ago. The 34-year-old suspect was arrested and charged with Theft by Receiving. The scooters are valued at $2,400.00. 12-5558

 A woman jogging alone along the bike path in the 800 block of Canyon around 8:00 p.m. told police that an unknown suspect grabbed her bra through her shirt from behind. She was able to twist away from the person’s grasp and the victim does not know if the suspect is a male or female. The victim was able to get away safely and was not hurt. This is a Harassment case is under investigation. 12-5864
