Police responded to an Unattended Death in Boulder Creek that was reported about 6:30 a.m. The deceased was homeless and was approximately 50 years old. Circumstances are not suspicious. Boulder County Coroner notified. 12-5629

Officers were called to a bar fight in the 2100 block of 13^th St. around 1:22 a.m. The suspect struggled with police and was generally uncooperative. He had punched a manager before police arrived. The 31-year-old suspect was arrested and charged with Second Degree Assault, Third Degree Assault, Third Degree Trespassing, Obstructing a Peace Officer, Resisting Arrest & Criminal Mischief. 12-5675

Five male suspects were cited for Discharging Firearms after police were dispatched to the 800 block of 18^th St. around 9:03 p.m. A neighbor reported that people were shooting a BB gun and shattered her window. All five males admitted to shooting the BB gun but denied shooting the window of the residence. Alcohol is believed to have been involved. The suspects are 22, 20, 19, 20 and 25 years old. 12-5752

A business located in the 2700 block of Iris was burglarized. An employee saw that the door was open and that it had been forced. This case is open. 12-5731

Police arrested a 34-year-old male on a failure to appear warrant (drug case) in the 1900 block of 22^nd St. around 2:11 a.m. (Monday). Officers found a plastic bag filled with marijuana on the suspect at the time of his arrest.12-5756
