Contractor Licensing Renewal

If you would like to renew your contractor license, please complete the following steps.

• City, State, ZIP Code*
• Phone/Fax Number(s)*
• Current City of Boulder License Number*
• Insurance Provider(s)*
• Insurance Policy Number(s)*
• Insurance Expiration Date(s)*

3. For renewals, payment is required. We can accept credit cards by phone (303-441-1880) or fax (303-441-4241), or by check written to City of Boulder and mailed to City of Boulder Contractor Licensing, PO Box 791, Boulder, CO 80306.
