A bicycle rider was ticketed for Careless Driving after crashing his bike into a legally parked car. The impact broke a window in the vehicle. The bike rider walked to a local hospital for treatment. 12-8658

Police on routine patrol witnessed two drivers racing Audi’s in the area of Broadway and Spruce. Officers attempted to pull both drivers over, but one driver sped away. The 25-year-old driver who stopped was given a citation for Engaging in a Speed Contest and Reckless Driving (TS110312). The driver who did not stop faces potential charges of Reckless Driving, Eluding, Speed Contest, Drove Vehicle While Driver’s License Under Restraint and Driving After Revocation. 12-8709

A woman who was witnessed jumping in front of cars in the 4500 block of Broadway around 1:21 p.m. was arrested on an FTA warrant, and faces additional an additional charge of Pedestrian Interfered with Vehicle in Roadway. 12-8690
