Police arrested a 17-year-old juvenile on drug charges after officers were involved to investigate a hit-and-run accident. During the investigation, police found a backpack containing marijuana, and the juvenile suspect faces charges of Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 12-9121
