Take a bold energy initiative by changing not only HOW you use energy, but also WHERE you get it from. By converting to a new and sustainable energy supply source - such as solar, wind, or even geothermal - is a huge part of realizing the Climate Action Plan.

What you can do today:

Use solar. Save Money:
Get grants and rebates. Nonprofits and affordable housing may be eligible for grants or rebates for solar PV or solar thermal projects. See if you qualify.

Get your energy from wind power:
Xcel Energy's Windsource program allows you to purchase renewable energy.

Offset your emissions with a donation:
Lean about carbon offsets through the Colorado Carbon Fund.
