To the environment, out of sight does not mean out of mind. Landfills produce lots of methane that greatly impact greenhouse gases. Your business can do its part to keep as much as it can out of landfills. And the City of Boulder is here to help.

What you can do today:

Tap into FREE help to achieve zero waste.
Boulder businesses receive free technical assistance to reduce their waste through Partners for a Clean Environment (PACE). An advisor can assist your business by conducting a waste assessment, setting up service, posting proper signage and educating employees.

Get financial incentives for starting a recycling or composting program at your business. Including Zero Waste Start-Up Rebates, the Business Recycling Coupon for 3 FREE months of service, and the Commercial Compost Collection subsidy.

Recycle and compost:
Collection guidelines can be obtained from your waste hauler, with printable guidelines available on most haulers' websites. The city also provides sector-specific zero waste signage on its website, or order a FREE laminated set.
