An officer on routine patrol noticed a man wearing no pants running down the street at approximately 3:00 a.m. in the area of 30^th and Colorado. They told police they had been swimming and didn’t know where all their clothes were. One of the men is 29 years old and police found he had an outstanding warrant. The suspect was arrested on a Contempt of Court charge and taken to jail. 12-10075

Police responded to an Unattended Death in the 4700 block of McKinley Drive around 12:25 a.m. The 89-year-old woman had a number of medical issues. The Boulder County Coroner’s Office was notified. Circumstances are not suspicious. 12-10068

Police assisted with a civil standby after roommates disagreeing over money got into a dispute over a missing bicycle that was valued at thousands of dollars. The landlord called the tenant several profanities, but gave the bike he had hidden back to the tenant. The victim does not want to press charges. 12-10114

Police arrested a 23-year-old man in the 1800 block of 13^th St. around 11:52 p.m. after witnesses reported that the suspect had urinated on a woman at a bar. The victim says the unknown suspect put his arm around her, and then urinated on her when she did not respond in a positive manner. The suspect was arrested on charges of Public Indecency and Harassment. The suspect appeared intoxicated when contacted by officers. 12-10123

Police responded to a call of a man falling off a 2^nd story balcony in the 1100 block of Pleasant St. around 2:18 a.m. Witnesses say the 22-year-old man had been drinking and leaned too far over the balcony and fell. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment. 12-10137

Officers were called to the 2300 block of South St. after a fight was reported between a group of males. One of the men was reported to have threatened others with a knife. Police arrested a 48-year-old male on charges of Felony Menacing, Third Degree Assault, Obstructing a Peace Officer and Resisting Arrest. Alcohol is believed to have been involved. 12-10161
